PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN NON FISIK TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN PADA PT. ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Turnover Intention at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance. Quantitative associative research design. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear analysis. The t-test value on the X1 variable against Y has a significant value of 0.034 <0.05 and tcount -2.153 so it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a negative effect on employee turnover intention, while the X2 variable on Y has a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 and tcount -3.077 so it can be concluded that the non-physical work environment has a negative effect on employee turnover intention, then the results of the Fcount> test are 14.586> Ftable 3.11 and have a significant level of 0.000. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction and non-physical work environment affect employee turnover intention.
